Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 confirms the arcs he will adapt to

Jujutsu Kisen Gearing up to return for a second season next year, the series has revealed how long it will last and which arcs from Gege Akutami’s original manga will tackle in the process! As the manga series continues its new deadly cycle, it’s still carving its way through the fallout from the biggest arc with the series’ biggest fights yet. This is why when the second season of the anime was confirmed to start, fans were excited to see how far it could go.

With the second season of the anime sharing more information than ever as it prepares for what’s to come, Jujutsu Kisen It revealed that the new episodes will be shown in two consecutive sessions. This means that while we haven’t yet found out if it will be a 24- or 25-episode season, it will run live through two season schedules when it finally kicks off when it premieres next year. Jujutsu Kisen Season 2 is currently slated for a release sometime next year, and while the series has yet to reveal a window or release date, it has revealed that it will tackle both Gojo’s Past and Shibuya Incident arcs from the original manga. Gojo’s Past arc in particular is broken down into smaller hidden arcs and early death while the Shibuya Incident is a massive battle that spans 58 chapters of the manga. It’s the longest in the series so far, and the anime will have plenty to cover to take it all in.

There are questions as to whether or not the anime will be able to be fully adapted during Season 2, but the rhythm of Season 1 made it look like it would be possible. The Shibuya incident follows a lot of characters as they get into a lot of diverse battles, so it will be interesting to see how the anime pulls it off.
